Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at pensacolaepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com, or by requesting services from Pensacola Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site or engage our services.
Pensacola Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring and surface coating services in the greater Pensacola, FL area. Services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, pool deck coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete grinding, and related surface preparation work. All services are performed on residential and commercial properties within our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided after an in-person site visit and concrete assessment. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are not final binding contracts until a written agreement or work order is signed by both parties. If conditions discovered during surface preparation differ materially from those observed at the estimate visit - such as hidden moisture problems, previous coatings requiring removal, or structural damage - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised price for your approval.
Any additional work requested after a project begins will be quoted separately and requires your written or verbal approval before proceeding.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew and material availability. We will provide you with a confirmed start date in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. Any deposits paid may be forfeited if a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or preparation work has begun.
You are responsible for clearing the work area before the scheduled start date, including removing vehicles, furniture, and stored items. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduled start date and additional charges.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or work order. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment is due at the time of project completion unless a different schedule is agreed upon in writing before work begins. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5 percent per month on the outstanding balance.
If collection action is required to recover unpaid amounts, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs.
To allow us to complete your project properly, you agree to:
We stand behind our workmanship. If you believe work was completed improperly, contact us within 30 days of project completion so we can assess the issue. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be described in your written estimate or work order. We make no warranty, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your signed agreement. We do not warrant that our services will meet any specific performance expectations not described in writing. The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
